Brief Introduction of our product range:

1.Light Steel Frame Machine: Currently we have single size machine and multi sizes machine, which we developed base on the market demand and mostly the American & Australia building standard. All our light steel frame machines have a built in windows based machine control which accepts a basic CSV file from a range of design software options that link to our machine. This gives freedom of choice to the customer.

2.CZ purlin roll forming machine: Which is our classical products from 2007, we have won many patents in machine design and C/Z interchangeable system, and till now we have full range of the C/Z line, width 50-450mm, flanges 30-150mm, thickness 0.5-4.5mm. And with 8 machine models for your choice. The main advantages as below:

A. Produce different purlin size without changing rollers or spacers.

B. No need changing cutter for different size.

3.Other roll forming machine: Years by years we received many requirements from our customer for the other cold roll forming machines, as to serve our customers & friends well, and to guarantee the machine quality and delivery time. In 2019 we acquired a factory that focus on kinds of cold steel roll former, which has the very strong technical team but poor marketing team. Now for this new factory our main machines are Roofing Machine, Decking Machine, Door Frame Machine, Door Jamb machine, Gutter Machine, Shutter Door Machine, Hat Channel Machine, Stud & Track Machine, Shelving, Racking & Storage Industry Forming Machine & etc. roll forming machine.
